All additional costs such as import costs, customs costs, additional VAT depend on the country and must be paid by the customer directly..

Refund of shipping costs for returns / non-acceptance of the shipment

For returns and reshipments, only the items that are finally kept are charged for the shipping costs. If the threshold for free shipping is not reached with the return shipment, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.

If the delivery is not accepted, the shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted from the return payment.


Returns

RIDING CULTURE loves satisfied customers, which is why all items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

As a general rule, items must not be used, otherwise the right of return expires. Returns must be complete, in undamaged original packaging and in an undamaged condition. Returns, for whatever reason, must be sent to us carriage paid. Any fees and expenses incurred for repackaging or due to insufficient postage will be passed on.

The shipping costs for the return are at the expense of the customer* (exception Germany/Austria).
If the return is not made in accordance with our instructions and/or the goods have been returned to the wrong warehouse, the additional costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods in time (postmark).

If you exercise your right of return, the purchase contract will become void upon the goods' arrival at the online store.

Items can only be returned after the return confirmation has been sent by email. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a smooth process. The return label is already included in the package for the return shipment. The package can be dropped off free of charge at any GLS parcel shop.

The return shipment goes to our warehouse in AT - 6923 Lauterach.

Purchases from other online retailers, specialist retailers and bike shops

Returns, complaints and exchanges of items purchased from another online retailer must be made to that retailer. This also applies, of course, to products purchased from specialist retailers, bike stores, etc. If products that have not been purchased directly from us are returned to us without our express consent, they will be returned to the sender at their expense.



Complaints

If the delivered items are defective, please notify us by email to info@ridingculture.com:

  • Please provide us with the order date and order number (order confirmation)
  • If you can, a copy of the delivery note (photo) in the attachment will help us a lot
  • Describe the defect and where it is as precisely as possible
  • Take photos of the defects and attach them as well
