Material:
Highly abrasion-resistant, single-layer 12.5 oz stretch twill with high-strength polyamide (75% cotton, 24% polyamide, 1% elastane)

Single-layer means that the abrasion-resistant fiber is woven directly into the denim and therefore the pants do not need to be backed or reinforced. The result is a wearing comfort similar to that of any everyday jeans.
